I would guess next to none!
What are the symptoms?

thank you very much! The microcircuit is very hot, only 5 volts are supplied to the motor, when the load is connected, it drops to 0 volts

 

With everything disconnected except power and circuit breaker, if it has one, does the Micro get hot?
Is there 5v on it?

heating occurs immediately after plugging into the network, the board immediately begins to heat up, I connect only the power supply from the network, the other connectors are free ... on 20 and 10 legs 5 volts, while the LED is constantly on red

Hi guy's I've one of these boards in my treadmill. The problem I have is the treadmill has no power what so ever. Doing some basic diag I get a flicker of the led and 9v at the interconnects to the display. The 9v only stays on for a few seconds. For those with more experience does the led stay lit and do you get stable 5v and 9v outputs

Where are you measuring?
The LED normally comes on permanent 1 sec after switch on, when a track command is issued, it should flash slowly at a constant rate.
On HD2 you should have 12v to 15vdc between 1 & 2. and 5vdc on pins 10 & 20 of the micro processor.

Thanks Max, I've taken the board out of the treadmill so there's nothing attached. Measuring at HD2 pins 1 gnd and pin 2 I briefly get 9v. On the processor only getting 1.2v between pins 10 and 20. The led is not lit. I'm assuming I must have either a short been generated or the feedback to the regulator isnt right. Anyone seen this before

 

The source of the HD2 pin voltages vary with model, they all are LV transformer secondary based, some have the TFMR off-board.
Carfully measure the input and output of the bridge rectifier on the end of the heat sink.
The DC should be around 107VDC.
Just to the right of the HD2 socket there should either be 4 or 2 rectifier diodes, depending on whether it has the LV bridge or the CT transformer type.

i have a proform treadmill wich uses MC2100ELS-18W board. While running the motor suddenly achieved a full speed and the breaker switch turns off. When checked, i found the MOSFET faulty. Replaced it. But when ever power is given the mosfet immediately blows off and motor runs at full speed and the breaker switch turns off. Again i examined and found two 200 ohm resistors at the gate of MOSFET were also blown. But changing them along with MOSFET doesn't help. While powered, the same happened. Please help.

One mistake in the posting. The burned out part was G4PC40K which is an INSULATED GATE BIPOLAR TRANSISTOR

 

Try using a smaller load than the motor, lamp etc, and check to see if the DC voltage ramps up when a command is issued, if it comes up to full voltage immediately, suspect the SCR.

 

Hi all,
I have a main board to repare, it’s mc2100ELS-18-2y REV-
I tested the circuit in my table , just connected with the power cord, 230V .
the led lights up strongly at the start then decreases in intensity and remains lit weakly, there is 5V and the 9v and after a few seconds, the voltages drop to less than 1V, do you have any idea of the failure?

Check the DC on either side of the Q1 SCR, the input side should show over 100vdc.

 

Thanks you , I Check Q7 and it is Broken .It’s a smd code 2T , it’s KST4403 transistor , it’s ok?
