I think the blanks were just basically spaces (i.e. nothing there, zero).

About speaking to my Math teacher, i don't think his going to answer the question, his a bit of a **** to be honest...one of those intelligent, but very arrogant and annoying math teachers.

Anyways Dave, i'll try to speak to him for you and see if he gives me a straight answer about.

Then if the blanks were zeros then your answer should be correct - look at the assumption we made earlier.

I know the arrogant Maths teacher types! Its pretty bad news if you can't approach him and ask a simple question about soimething you don't understand - it is his job afterall.

Anyhow,would still be interesting to know the proper answer.
