Hello Everyone!

I designed a control circuit for Modular Multilevel converter based on Nearest Level Control PWM technique.

The control circuit works fine. However, when I add MOSFET to the Gating circuit, it does not produce any Gate pulse at all. I have included pictures with this thread.

Simulation 1 is gate circuit which actually produces Gate pulse shown.

But when MOSFET is added the same nodes did not produce any Gate pulse shown in figure Simulation 2.

Kindly have a look and let me know if you know what is the problem!

I have uploaded the LTSpice simulation file. I have made the actual gate circuit into simplified form so that it is easier to understand.

I have also included the library file of SiC MOSFET manufactured by Wolfspeed which is used in the circuit.
