How do you explain the list.txt file you posted to me is 102kB
and the image of your cmp standard.bjt file shows a much smaller file 22kB ???

Hi,
That is the wrong file.! It has only part of the ZXTP model text.

Download the file I posted and change the file names as I suggested, it all works for me.

This is a copy of my standard.bjt, it has many more transistor models, that you may find useful, including the ZXTP2510

 

i did it now, u can see dimension, but now how i change the file format? its saved as txt now, i think its that the problem no?

On your filing system, change the standard.bjt to standard and the 'File TXT' to 'File BJT'

I still do not understand why the file sizes are different???

Hello all, can someone give me a hand importing a bjt transistor pnp?

I downloaded the file which is in .txt ( see the file )

At this point i dragged it into ltspice and what appears is this:

also when i right click on the name, the ''create symbol'' doesnt really appear, what can i do?

What OS are you using?
