Hello all, can someone give me a hand importing a bjt transistor pnp?

I downloaded the file which is in .txt ( see the file )

At this point i dragged it into ltspice and what appears is this:

also when i right click on the name, the ''create symbol'' doesnt really appear, what can i do?

 

You can copy and past the model info in that file to the standard.bjt file in LTspice\lib\cmp folder.
It will then show up when you access the PNP models.
You don't need to add a symbol.

standard.bjt

it doesnt appear tho the pnp transistor, why so?

i removed the ''red part'' too, but i cant see it on the ltspice for some reason, why so?

no i didnt do that, what's that i didnt get it

 

How did you access that list?

i went on the file folder of the LTSPice program then i clicked lib>cmp>standard bipolar> i drag the file into it and .model appears, then i save the file and thats it, i didnt get the .bjt thing from the other guy too tho

To enable an upload of the file, rename as standard.txt

You had only one line of the PNP model text, but it was pasted in three times!!!!

Rename your existing standard.bjt to standard.bjt.old

Paste this list.txt into the cmp file and rename as standard.bjt

nope it doesnt work yet, but i pasted it as u said, i dont know. but maybe nevermind.. i will simulate using the already existing components.

How do you explain the list.txt file you posted to me is 102kB
and the image of your cmp standard.bjt file shows a much smaller file 22kB ???
