That looks like an array of momentary switches of the scanned matrix type and is most likely custom made for that particular panel, in which case the panel manufacturer may be the only source. Or are you looking for just a spare push-button to suit the panel?

For production quantities the tooling cost and unit cost of such panels is relatively inexpensive but for one-off or a prototype use a printed panel on paper (protected by overlaid flexible transparent film) with tactile dome switches behind onto a pcb, cardboard layer between the front panel and pcb with holes for the dome switches so the dome of the switches is just proud of the cardboard. You can get away with carefully cut strip board. Funtionality should be good, appearance according to taste, lifetime according to usage!1663942632457.png1663942682707.png

You can get tactile buttons with RGB backlights. You can add a printed silicone cover, chrome bezel or whatever you want.
here is one of many, many examples of base buttons available. As said above, the manufacturer of the panel likely had some button covers custom made or they found a source of standard buttons to put on top of a switch similar to the one listed below.

These are awesome! Now I'm going to have to figure out some project to use them on.
