My 3yo daughter was at work with me one day and thought it was a good idea to stab one of my very expensive immobilizer programmers with her umbrella. Its a bit funny because I had babied this thing for about 10 years (only loosing the original screen cover a year ago). The company that makes it has been giving me the run around since they are trying to force people into buying their newer unit which they brought out a year or so ago. I have no interest in trading my old unit in however so I'm stuck trying to source the part myself.
Anyway, the lcd itself is fine so I am just trying to find a replacement digitizer & glass its glued on but know very little of that market or the likely hood of finding something compatible. In the pictures I have only measured the actual glass part and not the frame, assuming I would need to reuse the original frame. Anyone have any idea's or suggestions? Its measures about 5.3in x 3.5in, has a 4 pin ribbon cable and has a model number AF-1443 B2 B4.

Edit: If the digitizer itself is actually ok and assuming I could get it off the broken glass, Could I just cut out a piece of Plexiglas to mount it to?
