I did not learn logic design just digital electronic.

What is the difference between logic design and digital electronics?

 

I am not in school.
I finished high school this year.
4 year of school.
I dont going to cours.I learning this because i want to learn that.
I have not yet got to making circuits just adding, subrtacting, multiplicating ... binary, hex.SOP POS

Look through the tutorials or do a web search for the simulator you are using and see how you would tie an input of a digital chip to a static logic value (either HI or LO). Different simulators have different ways of doing it, but there is always a way.

 

Make logic circuit that do this:
inout | output
0 | 0
1 | 0
