I am working on project which contains LM 565 Phase Locked Loop. I have a question about simulating LM 565. Can some one tell me where can I find simulating block LM 565. Can someone suggest me any simulating program. I work with multisim 10 and there is no LM 565 in any library.

The OP07 opamp has a closed loop bandwidth of only 0.6MHz .
The LM311 has a typical response time of 200nS .
Neither of these IC's would be suitable for 80MHz working either.

The signal going to the OP07 and LM311 is not the VCO output, is it? But yes, 500 KHz is the top frequency of the LM565.
Given R1 and C1 values in the schematic it looks more in the neighborhood of 100 KHz. Adjustable to 80 KHz? Not MHz. Was that what the OP intended?

 

As the others have mentioned, the ICs shown, can't handle that high of a frequency.
