I have a lg compact washer/dryer combo that wont power up. Ive tested continuity on noise filter, which was good and control board, which was also good. Tested for voltage and found fuse blown on pcb board. has anyone had this problem and what was the cause or what could possible be the cause. very limited on appliances.
