can i use the same digital potentiometer for 9 laser diode?

obviously I will have a single setting for all 9...

That should be OK.
I would increase R1 value to10k for all 9 driver inputs

From your schematic it appears that you have two PN junctions in series from +3.8 to ground. Could that damage the part(s) involved?

 

sorry, maybe I made a mistake in drawing the laser diode
