Hi Dear,

I am not a power engineer. I have to design an isolation circuit for DC 24V and 3A.
Can please some one give me some suggestion or idea to how to do this?

Regards

hi 83,
Welcome to AAC.
Is the DC power supply going to mains powered, if so you will will require mains to 28Vac transfomer and bridge rectifier.
How is the 24Vdc 3A going to be used.?

Hi,
Thank you. The 24V is going to DC-DC buck converters to generate 5V and 3.3V. I actually have to separate the ground of these supplies.

First give us the input and output voltage.

Second you can use an AC transformer of DC pulse transformer. What you are looking for is galvanic division, which may be achieved even by an opto coupler if we have the circuit.
