isolated bidirectional DC DC CONVERTER

Hi I am trying to design IBDC one side is 100vdc and the other side is 1000 vdc (10 amp) can someone help .

There is no such thing. DC-DC converters come in a variety of topologies, but none of them are bi-directional unless you use two converters with different topologies, one for each direction.

I'm curious as to what you would use it for? And what is the 1000V 10A source that you propose to use for the down-conversion?
