engineers,i have my ic ISL83202IPZ used in ss1660 solar ups but when i measure between pin 1&15 externally(means out of ciruit)i get continuity betueen them.is it normal or my IC is faulty?i tried to search for internal structure of it but i can't get it

There should not be a short circuit between pins 1 and 15. You might possibly read a diode there and in that case you would only read conduction in one direction so try this with the meter leads both ways round. If it reads low resistance in both directions it has died.

Thanks Mr alberthall,if i measure using a meter between these pins it shows short circuit in whatever direction.now i know my Ic is dead but this datasheet does not contain internal structure of this IC,only application circuit & other parameters

 

Page 2 (functional block diagram) does show those two pins as the power supply to the 'B' MOSFET driver circuit.
