is this a damaged connector?

sorry for my bad english and if this is wrong section

on the second picture you can see the connector missing 1 copper on the circle.
is there a chance that the connector normally like that or because the connector is damaged.
if it damaged,is that small damaged can make the connector malfunction?because theres a problem in my laptop and im not sure is because of that connector
(i know nothing bout this thing)

It's the VGA connector.
Used to send power and signal to the LCD.
Sometimes there are blanks in the connector.
I do not know the name of that connector though.

I know because I service Laptops at component level.

is there a way to check if the connector working or not?

Yes.
Buy one LCD or that connector and see for yourself.

Would it hurt to tell me what the problem is with your laptop ?

my laptop monitor is not working after i clean the fan.the power lamp is on and i can hear the fan sound.

i tried on external monitor and its work but after i tried to dissamble and reassemble the laptop again (to check if i did something wrong on reassemble before) ,its not working on external monitor

already tried to unplug battery and hold the power button for 1 minte and tried to start laptop but still the monitor dead

already tried to unplug and plug the ram but still not working

Clearing CMOS does not solve this issue always.
But it is safe. Yet in laptops it is not as easy as a desktop mobo.
Your bios will reset to factory defaults when clear a CMOS
