Is drawing correct?

Its been a while, memory isnt what it was. The idea is that the THERMOSTAT can over ride the other control to run fan at full speed. Once temperature is lowered it drops out and the % timer takes back over. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP20250105_102957.jpg

Where is or what represents the Neutral wire?
The RIBUIC relay coil should have the white/yellow wire connected to Neutral.
The wiring on the fan speed controller looks suspicious.
A link to the fan speed controller would help.

Ok let me redo that, it's been years, akin to a 120v hot water circulation pump that has 2 separate controls with on able to override the other ie always takes precedence.

What I see is a series connection! Not a parallel connection that would provide an alternative enable mode, but rather a series connection that allows an alternative DISABLE mode.
In addition, that drawing is not very informative. If the terminal functions were identified then it could be useful.
