Is adding an SD card reader Possible?

I picked up this microcontroller with a built on LCD out of the trash. It functions well but I need more storage for my video files. It only has 108mb built in storage. There are plenty of open pins. It doesn't open a terminal when plugged in to the PC it works like a flash drive. Is it possible to add my reader to the controller? (There is no menu when it powers up, just a red button to start and skip files if multiple are detected.) I appreciate all help!
