Hello,

I have a small problem to switch an MOSFET (gate 10V)
I use a TC4424 5V driver in IN and theoretically VCC as output
I find 5V in OUT
Here is the diagram

And the result on the oscilloscope

In yellow the signal in IN of the TC and in blue the OUT
thank you in advance for your help

Hello,

Also the 2 nF on the gate will slow down the switching of the fet.
What is the intention of the circuit?
There will be no DC current through the coil, due to the capacitor on top of the coil.

I think I got myself ..
The input signal is exactly the same as the output while with the capacitor, the signal should be shifted.
What do you think ?
Which supplier must I buy from?

AliExpress sells the same Chinese fakes as ebay.
We do not know which country you are in. I buy normal high quality parts from Digikey or from Farnell Element 14.

I received my TC4424 from FARNELL.
I simplified the diagram (attached) but I still have the same problem.
At the output of the TC4424, I can not get the square signal at the voltage VCC is 12V (pin 7)
I have the same value as on the 2 pin of the TC is 5V.
Who can help me ?

hi t,
If you disconnect the 555 output to the tc4424, what voltage level do you measure on a scope, on the 555 Vout?
E

Update:
Are you sure you have pin #1 of the tc4424 correctly identified and orientated.?

Post a photo of the 555 and tc4424 area of the project
