I'm simulating Buck converter using IR2125 to switch the mosfet in LTspice, but I can't find the model of IC IR2125 in irf.com
Can anyone give me suggestions how to find it?

It's simulation, if you can't find the IR2125 gate driver model, find something similar that has models. For ideal, just use the voltage dependent voltage source between the signal and FET/IGBT gate.
