Inductor saturation in buck converter?

The inductor in my buck converter is saturating for short periods (beginning of high loads) which occurs regularly while operating.

My question is, if the load needs the current and the Vout drop is tolerable are such brief periods of saturation a problem as long as I don't exceed the current rating of the FETs and thermals are managed?
