The first 2 parts look like Fairchild numbers - they should be listed by Farnell which exist in a number of countries.

The 2SC parts are common enough, there should be a few component houses for domestic appliance servicing - some of them advertise in the hobby magazines, but you may have to seek out servicing trade publications.

The MOSFET has a standardised part number layout - its 10A 700V, but you still have to cross reference "equivalent" parts - switching time and VGSthr are the first things to check, RDSon may be important if its used close to its Id-max rating
