I don't know the number of the chip I need.

I need a 10V Quad AND chip with dual inputs

Can anyone tell me what the part number would be?

I thought I could use a 7408 but it's 5.5V max

 

Look at the series 4000 CMOS chips. They are good to 18 Volts.

 

A CD4081 is the thing.
