Good job! You may measure the returnloss of both input and output ports if you have VNA in hand. This helps to assess if there is room for further improvement.
unfortunately i don't have one. thank you so much cariban for giving support. is there good source or tutorial for RF PCB layout!?

There are too many points if you want to be an expert. But for your amplifier, the most important thing is to control the impedance of the tracks. Saturn PCB is good free tool to calculate impedance of micro-strip and strip lines.

Also put good noise filter (usually pi-filter composed by two capacitors and one inductor/ferrite bead) for power supply. It is also a good practice to put impedance matching network at both input and output ports in case you need to optimize the performance.
