Hello, I bought a motor 120 volts, cap start cap run, 15 amp which has 5 leads coming from the motor. I am very new to motors and wiring. I'd like to use this motor in my garage for powering machines (bandsaws, drum sanders). The cord has been cut. I would like to just plug it into the wall and use it if possible. I have the wiring diagram.
Having it reversible is not necessary
Thank you for any light you can shed on this.

Easily done. just wire it as the diagram shows under " Rotation Reversible" Just make sure you use a large enough power cord to handle it which given the numbers 12 gauge would be highly recommended. 10 ga if it is to be used several 10's of feet or more from the nearest power outlet.
