Ok, I have only 100uf x 50 , 25 and 63 but I will try to get 16v from the electronics shop

All of those are fine - 16V is a MINIMUM value , and putting a higher-voltage capacitor in is better.

I have added the 2 capacitor to the base and the emitter of the tip122 and everything works fine anyway thanks you all for helping me.
