it is taken directly from the guitarIs your guitar 'source' signal taken directly from the pickup or from the output of a pre-amplifier?
i want the output to be stereo. not a single summed monoTo keep the signal phase correct, you will need 4 opamps, or two dual opamps. For best sound quality these should be something like a 5534, not a 741 or LM358. also, dual power supplies, something like +/-12 V. Note that while the output of the MP3 player will drive headphones directly, the output of the mixer probably will not, or not very well. So there will have to be some kind of small power amplifier to drive the speakers as indicated in your drawing.

i dont want the mono signal to be stereo..i just want to fed the mono signal to both of my outputs along with my mp3 songMono input will not result in a stereo output
He wants to mix a stereo signal with a mono signal resulting in a stereo output.Mono input will not result in a stereo output
exactlyHe wants to mix a stereo signal with a mono signal resulting in a stereo output.
The mono signal should be heard in both channels.
The stereo signal should pass through on each corresponding channel.
i drew this for simplicity...i have both the L and R signal of the mp3 amplified individually with 2 lm386..and aslo amplified the mono(guitar)signal by another lm386...Need to know his input levels.
Individual volume control or just a master volume or what.
Info is rather limited beside a poorly drawn diagram
In that case whatever the pickup is driving will need a high input impedance to optimise the frequency response.it is taken directly from the guitar
can u give me any schematic ??And you cannot sum the output of power amps as you have drawn.
You need to process the stereo and mono inputs before the power amp. One stereo power amp will do the job.
