I am looking for a 9V mixer that has two inputs: 1) stereo (i.e. ipod) 2) mic or electric guitar. The output would simply be the combination of the 2 inputs but in stereo.

If anyone has a schematic, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Note that you would need two of the linked circuits, one for each channel. I believe you could then put the guitar mono onto the mixers for both channels. A ganged pot could then be used to change the L/R position of the mono signal in the stereo field.

If you are a talking about a balanced mic, then you will need a balanced mic preamp stage before the mixer, to provide needed gain and convert the signal to unbalanced.
Depending on the type of electric guitar, this input should also have an additional stage before the mixer with a much higher input impedance than the typical line input has, plus a little extra gain wouldn't hurt.
