how to build a 2 input(1 stereo & 1 mono) audio mixer which outputs as stereo

hi guys,
i want to build a mixer circuit which will have 2 inputs..1st input will be stereo (from my mp3 player) and 2nd input will be mono (mic/guitar).
and the output will be stereo. see the attached image plz for better understanding.Untitled.jpg
