Hi,

Output signal of current transformer is 1A, but input of multimeter is 225mV. So, how to convert 1A to 225mV. Is there current tranformer that convert 1A-->225mV.

Make certain that the resistor is always connected to the current-transformer output.
Operating it with no load resistor will result in dangerously high voltages, and possible damage to the transformer.

The output of your Current Transformer is more likely 0 to 1.0 amp and 1.0 amp when the CT is at its rated max current. With that in mind rather than deriving an odd voltage I would think about using a simple 0.200 Ohm sand block resistor. The value of 0.200 ohm being more common and with 1.0 amp will show a voltage drop of 0.2 volt or 200 mV. It also makes it easier to convert the voltage drop to current.

You may want to give this a read. You also may want to lend strong consideration to what Crutschow mentions above regarding open circuit voltage.
