It also depends on how long the 100V at 3 Amps is required. You could theoretically get that from a 5V USB port ... you would just have to wait awhile in between each 100V 3A discharge ... <smirk>

 

5V AC and a 20V AC transformer backwards = 100V

100V is considered a lethal voltage. If you have to ask how to do it, you aren't qualified to do it.
