Perform that feat and I will personally nominate you for the Nobel Prize...
(VI)in=(VI)out - system losses

Requires multiples of this:

It also depends on how long the 100V at 3 Amps is required. You could theoretically get that from a 5V USB port ... you would just have to wait awhile in between each 100V 3A discharge ... <smirk>

https://www.analog.com/en/products/ltc3872.html#product-overview ? use double these (one inverting outp - if applicable ... is applicable for the MC33063 -- it may have more V.out with isolated output)

\( \begin{array}{l r}{\begin{array}{r|c|l} Input\ voltage & 5 & V \\ \hline Output\ voltage & 40 & V \\ \hline \mathbf{Output\ current} & \mathbf{75} & \mathbf{mA} \\ \hline Output\ voltage\ ripple\ factor\ & 700 & the\ mV\ pp\ and \\ \hline Operating\ frequency & 68 & kHz \end{array}} & {\qquad \qquad \qquad \qquad \qquad \qquad \qquad \qquad \qquad \qquad\ \qquad \qquad \qquad \qquad \qquad .} \end{array} )\
