Please how to amplify 1.6 volts to 5 volts knowing that the 1.6 volts are the voltage difference between two terminals

i need schematic

Is the original 1.6V AC or DC?
What is the max amount of current needed at 5V?
What power supply voltage and current will you provide for the power supply for the amplifier?
