What is the push-pull signal supposed to drive?
Power supply voltage?

Standard push pull NPN/PNP transistor pair.
Or you could convert it to the more common RS485 driver
Or you could convert it to the more common RS485 driver
The signal is derived from a quadrature encoder.
Why do you need to convert?
Open collector output should still work.
