How do I add ECAD model to EAGLE?

I am trying to design STM32 board PCB using STM32L152RCT6. I am using Eagle9.6.2 CAD software for PCB design.

I have downloaded CAD module for design

I don't have any idea how to use this model to create schamatic diagram
