I have a Samsung UN19F4000AFXZA LED TV with a cracked LCD. If I can't find a replacement screen from salvage, how can I convert the built-in digital tuner into an external digital set top box?* I want to receive ATSC over-the-air digital TV signals for display through the tuner to an LCD computer monitor with a DVI input.

Yourr best solution is to feed the signal from the scart socket or av to another monitor..

 

Thanks, Dave! This set has no SCART socket, but it does have two HDMI sockets: one is labeled "HDMI In 1 (STB)" and the other is "HDMI In 2 (DVI)." If I understand you correctly, is there a way to use one of them as an "HDMI Out?"
