I have times when I operated on two hours sleep for long pediods of time.

Self Imposed is some cases you can live with and enjoy it.

Its best to have a reason, If you have a change in between,like moving

from one thing to another.Its like starting over,still no sleep.

Some of the time was 7 days a week,being in bush,you would be away

from things and when you eat ,it was like starting over. The gangs also

were present not knowing you were there. Walk in the pitch black,you not

seeing anything,nor being seen. The full moon is gang nights for a reason.

When is the last time you slip into the water,when no one knew where you

were,you had all the power as long as every came out ok,never had to

call for help,that how sure of myself I was,this is just fact..no bragging.

Thats not part of the drill,the reason I could that was enough for me.
