What should I think about it? You need a better question.

If you are asking could you use a local regulator on each module I would say yes, but measuring the current in a better way will work better and be cheaper in the long run.

Better because you are eliminating a source of error in your calculation.

Cheaper because you are eliminating parts requiring a heat sink, being either the Rsense resistor or the local regulator package.

Thank you very much for all your suggestions, I will use the two lt1038 in parallel.I simulated the circuit and it degrades from 3.3v to 3.24 volt that is too much but it is mainly due to the two resistor 0.01 ohm and i think that i can remove this problem by software.
