My question is regarding the protection l6203 ic device ..
There is one big problem happen to me that this device has destroyed ...
I studied all the paper abut of this device .. used 47sl123 for protection by using equation trigger
tW(OUT) = 0.28 Cx · Rx(1-(0.7/ Rx)) ...
Cx=22nf & Rx=15 ohm
tw=100ns
& A pin to low & B pin to Enable on l297 ic control
but unfortunately it failed .. designed upon what is in the paper ...
Problems discovered .. There Palace ( short circuit ) occurs first between (sense pin & vs pin) and based on that with time occurs between (Vs & gnd) .... no way .. with high temperature ..
anather questions I would like to help me where ...
Can I run stepper motor 6 AMP .. by connecting 2 ic's in parallel ??

I'm sorry but your post is just not very clear and it contains several typographical errors. It also appears to be written in mobile phone textspeak. That is short clipped phrases which are difficult to interpret. You also mention an L297 which is not shown on the schematic clipped from the data book. There is no such thing as a 47sl123, did you mean 74LS123. This lack of attention to detail makes a very bad impression.

Let us start with the basics.

What is your circuit trying to do?
What does the entire circuit that you built look like? Include a schematic, not datasheet clips, and a Bill of Material including the motor. Be sure to tell us about any component substitutions that you made.
What went wrong?
What do you need us to do?​

by l6203 ic and l297 ic
there are some short circuit event . I read your paper short circuit solving problems for l6203 .. and used 74LS123 for protection ....

But the the short circuit is still happening
in the l6203 ic .. Problems discovered .. There short circuit occurs first between (sense pin & vs pin) and based on that with time occurs between (Vs & gnd) .... no way .. with high temperature .. and Occurs damage of the device
How can I overcome this problem ??????
Can I operate stepper motor 8 AMP .. by connecting Two L6203 IC's in parallel ??

The schematic in post #4 has no readable detail. I cannot determine what I am looking at or how to help you.
The following sentence makes absolutely no sense to me

A pin to low & B pin to Enable on l297 ic control and CLR pin to transistor​

Why are you connecting inputs on the one-shot to inputs on the L297?
Why do you think a transistor has a CLR pin?
What is the connection between the L297 and the L6203?

DON"T under any circumstances wire these parts in parallel to increase current.
