For a start, D3 and D4 are shorted out. They do nothing.
Where did you get these values from? Have you any experience in Electronics?

You have two N-channel IGBTs for what looks like a complementary output stage. It's never going to work,
You need a P-channel IGBT for Q5, but P-channel IGBTs are no longer made.

Also, 220V AC implies 220V rms, which is 622V peak-to-peak, so you need a higher voltage power supply.
Your output, if the circuit were ever to work, would have a DC offset, of half the power supply.

Have you also ever thought that this circuit can never exceed 78.5% efficiency, so you might need a heatsink.
