Help! Last minute 8th grade math!

I have to graph a line and I'm given the equation except y is on the wrong side. The equation is -3x+5y=30. How do I isolate the 5y and get rid of the 5 that is connected to the y.

1) Add any term on both sides of the equation. Select the term you add so as to cancel out the term on one side of the equation.

2a) Multiply both sides of the equation by the same multiplier. Select a multiplier so as to reduce a multiplication factor to 1.

or

2b) Divide both sides of the equation by the same divisor. Select a divisor so as to reduce a multiplication factor to 1.
