Hi All,

I am trying to identify the black component. I assumed a resistor or capacitor based on location near the TNY253GN but can’t find anything similar to compare it to.

The only marking is R11607 but a Google search doesn’t turn anything up. Can anyone please help me identify it’s function/specs?
