It's some kind of device in a SOT-89 package. Perhaps you could post a smaller picture so I can view it thru my microscope.

 

Looks like it could be a 2SB1301. The ZP indicates the hFE range.

I was expecting to see some chinese sellers on ebay, but there isn't. Cheapest at the moment is a UK seller (£5.99) but he doesn't specify which hFE type it is. You will have to message him & ask:-

According to the circuit diagram, you can use the ZP or ZQ part.

 

It's a pity you didn't post a few days ago. You could have got a complete board for £9.
