It looks like a backup battery.

One type of USB (microUSB connector) to charge it, one type of USB (PC type connector) to supply power to your device.

 

It's a backup battery for charging USB devices.
It has LED lamp too.

Press and hold switch or press twice fast to light the LED.
Plug in the micro USB to charge it.
