Came across this IC from my car dash. I believe it to be the microprocessor and need help identify it. The IC in question is the one marked IC15 (the biggest one) in the image below. Additional, would appreciate if anyone could guide me as to finding out the logic stores in the IC.

I would go for an 8086 with possibly a mask rom if the product is high volume, no sign of external memory, not much hope of external code access!

 

Not likely a 8086. On those, pin 1 was ground, pin 40 was Vcc. Does not match the picture and traces to the TC chips. My thought was a mask PROM version of an 8751 or earlier versions, but pin 40 was still Vcc and still does not match the TC40103BP pins above it...
