Yes and no, depending on what is an HE sensor.

I wiring a hall effect sensor that comes with the actuator to a servo drive as well as a potentiometer.

The linear actuator comes with both options. I am curious if there is any benefit from wiring hall effect sensors and the potentiometer to get the position feedback of the actuator.

A Hall-Effect-Sensor, in this type of application,
would be used as a "Travel-Limiting-Switch",
and,
there would be a Sensor mounted at each end of the Actuator's travel.

A "Linear-Potentiometer" will produce a Voltage that progressively changes from
close to "Zero", to some "maximum-Voltage",
which is dictated by the maximum-Voltage supplied to the Potentiometer.
( the Voltages are not necessarily absolute, but will commonly be ~0.5V to ~4.5V )
