Hbridge Motor control question [SOLVED]

Hi,

I am trying to drive a motor with a mosfet H-bridge . I noticed the outputs of the bridge overlap +MOT1 and -MOT1 which mean there will be a short circuit for some time. Should i be concerned with this ?is it harmless for the circuit to have 2 high side mosfets ON at the same time for a short period of time or should i try to get rid of this problem? any recommendations?
