GSM module RF trace 0603 or 0402 effect on impedance

Hi

I am working with GSM module, which is the Quectel BG95-M3.

Using a Impedance calculator and PCB stack up the RF traces need to be 0.5mm, which about the same size of 0402 pad.

Therefore i have always used 0402 passive components on RF traces, as the PAD sizes are adequate.

By using 0603 packaged components instead of 0402, would it cause major issue on impedance matching?
