I could probably come up with the Gerbers, but would need to have a copy of the sensor circuit you have if you want to incorporate it.
Or, By sensor do you mean you intend to use the pre-built board and just add the new one based in the drawing in the OP?

Good morning, Please find attached Sensor Circuit and Resistance circuit.
Please ignore that contradictory line, i was intended to write something and ended up with something which caused confusion. It will be one board with one main design. Individual parts will be added/attached on PCB.

What is the current rating of the motor?, a heat sink may be required for the transistor.

I think through hole is preferably because some components I need solder like 2 pin connector and resistor etc.

What kind of board mounting? I generally use a 3mm hole in each corner.
Also decoupling capacitor is missing.

If JLCPCB are doing the build also, they need to know the parts involved and what the board has spec'd in.
I have always populated the boards myself, so have never experienced getting them made.

There is obviously some communication problems, I had gathered that you intended combining all the components onto one board, which won't be the case if you intend using the complete ready made board shown.
If you are intending to combine and produce ONE single board, then the part numbers/make/model of such things as the pot and connectors etc.
