ignore making the pcb for now ,i can deal with this.

i need to know how do i export from arduino + breadboard to pcb.
1 :do i also need take the ic atmega out and place this into the real final pcb?.
2: and wiring the led from pin2,3,4 do these pin go into atmega legs ?
So Led Leg goes into atmega leg 2 ? ? is this how it is

2. yes, just match arduino pcb pin numbers with atmega328 pins.
Example.
On ATmega328 RXD/PD0 (Port D Pin 0) is physically Pin 2 of the chip. On Arduino Uno pcb this pin is Pin 0.
