When I am trying to simulate circuit including Transfer Function. I get the message "Laplacian singular at DC"
How to figure out this problem?

Let's start with:
  1. What is the transfer function we are talking about
  2. Which simulator are we talking about.
I think that what it is telling you is that you have a pole at the origin. One thing you can do is move the pole at the origin ever so slightly onto the negative real axis. This will cause a very slow decay in the steady state response.
