From the picture of the microphone it appears that the black wire can be connected to ground and the white wire can be connected to the junction of the resistor and capacitor. The red wire appears to be connected to the body of the microphone. You should probably connect the red wire to ground. This should help reduce noise pickup.

The specs of the mic sya that Red is V+, White is Output and Black is Ground...

Do you still think Red can connect to ground?, or should it go to Vcc?

In that case then you should connect the red wire to V+, the black wire to ground and the white wire to the junction of r1 and the capacitor.

Hi,

Not just any positive voltage - many electrets want +5 volts. Lots of sound cards have this voltage at the mike input.
